We still clearly remember discussing our "why", glass of red in hand. What could we offer to clients that was of real value? And what was to be our legacy? Ultimately for us it was about performance – using our experience to enable our clients’ success.  And so “Ignite Performance” was born. 

Over the years we’ve engaged other talented individuals to our team to help us achieve for our clients. And many of our customers are now also our friends. It’s been a wild ride – always challenging, sometimes seat of your pants scary and mostly rewarding. We’ll go the extra mile to guarantee our clients’ business success but here’s one thing we won’t do: we won’t come to the table with an “out of the box” solution.  Rather, we use our practical know how to craft a solution to “business as unusual” problems.
